Welcome to Bligh Primary School Community page. If you're new to the area or have lived here for along time, please take the time to click HERE for full information of what our community has to support you and your children.
Our school, alongside the Maritime Trust, is on a long-term journey to support our community and act as an anchor institution. Putting the school and the center of our wider community. A significant part of this is that the school works very closely with a wide range of influential parties under the 'Strood West Convening Group' banner. These services included but not limited to:
- Other local schools
- Charity groups
- Local business
- Housing organisations
- Parents
- Young people
- The Local Authority
- Health and well being teams
- Policing
- Local councillors
The objective of this group is to have a positive, long term impact on the lives of those living in Strood West. If you feel you have something to offer our community outside of education and feel that you can offer long term, sustainable solutions to the issues within our community, especially in the 0-school age space, please email Benjamin Hooper-Ross, our dedicated Community Engagement Officer b.ross@bligh-maritime.org
